Andrea Anders

Anders was originally born in Madison and was raised in DeForest. She currently lives in Los Angeles. Her graduation was in 1993 at DeForest Area Highschool located in DeForest Wisconsin. Then in 1997 she earned her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders dated Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until the year 2015. The two met on the filming of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, Never Thawed). Anders was in the theatre in 2001. She understudied Mary Louise Parker on Broadway in Proof. Then, in The Graduate she played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her first performance on The Arena Stage. New Doors took place in Guthrie Theater. Guthrie Theater. Two New York Stage & Film productions, namely Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also staged in the hands of New York Stage & Film. Anders was first seen as Jeannie in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig shut down on July 1, 2007 with her playing the accountant Jeannie. One of Anders' first appearances on television was the commercials for Dannon that ran during the early 1990s before returning around the year 2006. Anders was a character of Joey in the roles of Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both shows were cancelled despite her appearance in each episode. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. Anders was featured in five episodes of the HBO Drama series Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, and made a minor appearance in the 2004 film The Stepford Wives, playing her character Heather as well as the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders was also seen on Numb3rs, which aired in 2008. Anders is also featured in two TV pilots that did not succeed. Spellbound and News To Me. Anders' most recent role was in Better Off Ted. This is a workplace comedy with only one camera and scripted by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
